Chili Limon Snack Stack

ngredients:

  • 1 large cucumber (chilled)

  • 1 small lime (sliced into rounds or wedges)

  • 1 handful of Chipoys Chile Limón chips (crushed slightly)

  • Tajín to taste

  • Optional: Chamoy drizzle or hot sauce for extra tang and kick

Instructions:

  1. Prep the cucumber: Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds or spears. If you like, you can peel stripes into the skin for a decorative effect.

  2. Assemble: On a plate or bowl, layer the cucumber slices with lime slices (or keep the lime on the side for squeezing). Add the crushed Chipoys chips on top.

  3. Season: Sprinkle a generous amount of Tajín over everything.

  4. Optional drizzle: Add chamoy or your favorite Mexican hot sauce for extra flavor if desired.

  5. Toss or serve layered: You can gently toss everything together or leave it layered for people to scoop.
